    1. Nainital territory is full of hotels now and is a very small area. As it’s a hilly area so there are neither new spaces nor construction scopes. Nothing new is available here since decades in homes. But Yes, it’s near by hills as Mukteshwar (even higher than Nainital), Bheemtal have new constructions going on (with all modern facilities). It’s around 20-30 km approx from Nainital (i.e. 1 hour drive). A full furnished cottage (2100 sq feet) can come at a budget price of $ 50,000 and variable based on location. Some locations are even lower in price than $50,000 and some are as high as $100,000. where as if one wants to buy only at Nainital, then old homes/flats can be the only options. But my suggestion is to go for Cottage in nearby area. I am also planning to buy one. 🙂
